Our fundamental goal from day one has been to make people’s lives better, and we do the same at home. We strive to foster a creative, stimulating work environment. We're proud to offer what we call 'Community Leave'. Next Caller provides each member of our team with five paid ‘vacation’ days to do charitable work around the community. Deliver food to the elderly, shovel sea lion poop at the aquarium (Ian actually did this), or whatever else you want to do. After all, it’s our job to set a good example.
