Responsibilities

  • Oversee Next Caller’s online community 

  • Work with the tech team to create new features to improve Community

  • Obsess over numbers and metrics

  • Protect and enhance the reputation of Next Caller and its services

  • Respond to and route incoming media requests

  • Support and manage the creation of press materials and partner reference programs

  • Writing fun, shareable posts for social media

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, post-graduate or professional degrees preferred

  • 10+ years professional experience, both agency and in-house preferred

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully
